Agility Lead (Multiple Positions Available)

Duties: Drive continuous improvement across JPMC Enterprise Tool Chain (JET) product groups. Assist in implementing transformation vision and strategy. Mentor and coach Scrum Masters within JPMC Enterprise Tool Chain (JET) Product Groups to foster collaboration across teams. Facilitate scrum events for the development teams, collaborating with the product team and product owners to implement agile practices and techniques required for continuous improvement. Engage with the development teams, scrum masters, product teams, and product owners to coach agile practices and the events and techniques required for continuous improvement by the teams in an Agile product development organization. Identify continuous improvement activities and opportunities to reduce waste, drive efficiencies, and improve the overall effectiveness of agile within the product groups.
