We're now looking for a Manager – Finance & Accounts to join our team and own the financial backbone of the fund. What you'll do This is a high-ownership role where you'll lead fund-level financial operations end-to-end: - Own capital calls, distributions, LP reporting, and expense management - Drive compliance across GST, TDS, Income Tax, and SEBI (AIF) Regulations — including PPM compliance, valuation norms, dematerialization, and audit requirements - Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, fund administrators, and banking partners - Lead budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning - Collaborate with the inv...
