Agm/dgm – washing machine r&d & product development

About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to head the Research & Development and New Product Development function for our Washing Machine Division. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in development of Semi-Automatic, Fully Automatic Top Load, and Front Load Washing Machines with hands-on exposure in product engineering, platform development, localization, testing, compliance, and mass production readiness.
Key Responsibilities ·      Lead end-to-end development of SAWM, FATL, and FAFL washing machines.
·      Drive complete New Product Development lifecycle from concept to mass production.
·      Develop and improve motor systems, PCB & inverter systems, and mechanical systems.
