- 5 - 10 years’ experience in a similar position
- Willing to work shifts
- Extensive knowledge of l egislation relating to food safety and health and safety
- Clear criminal record
- Constantly adding value to the position
- Daily reconsolidation of raw material processed to end product
- Regular checks as per maintenance plan to ensure functional equipment daily in collaboration with maintenance team
- Personnel management
- Quality control
- Ensure production goals are met daily
- Ensure good housekeeping
- Complying with health and safety and other relevant legislation and regulations
