• Diagnose agronomic issues related to nutrition, soil health, pest, and disease.
• Recommend appropriate fertilizer, bio‑stimulant, and bio‑fertilizer programs.
• Conduct field trials and demonstrate product performance.
• Deliver grower training, field days, and technical presentations.
