Opportunity Description
* PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT* Performs a wide variety of agronomy administrative support and office clerical functions to include customer service, billing, and inventory controls. * ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS* Records transactions within 24 hours of inventory leaving the facility Complies with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations Work closely with Crop Specialist(s) to assist with entry of customer booking and sales transactions Apply customer payments on account in a timely and accurate manner Assist with inventory cycle counts and research any findings Ability to learn and utilize accounting software (Agvance) and adapt to ongoing changes that increase operational efficiencies Communicates with customers and management staff via telephone or in person.
