Job Description
The AI Architect leads the exploration, design, and implementation of AI solutions and productivity automations across the organization. This role defines and drives the AI pilot roadmap, establishes internal AI standards and playbooks, and delivers production-grade automation and Power Platform solutions that create measurable business value. The AI Architect partners closely with leaders and nontechnical stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases, guide build-versus-buy decisions, and ensure successful user adoption of AI and automation tools within a growing construction-focused company that is actively building out its AI strategy.
