AI Architect / Senior AI Engineering Manager

Key Requirements

Education

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computational Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience

• 12–15 years of overall experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related domains.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and mentoring AI/ML engineering or data science teams.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions at enterprise scale.

Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Demonstrated experience building and implementing Agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
