But somewhere along the way, you started wondering whether you'll ever own it. This role exists because Gapps' AI and Automation business has grown faster than the leadership structure around it. Customer demand is real and validated. The team has sharp people. What's missing is someone who takes it all and runs with it.

The role at a glance

• What you'll do: Take full ownership of Gapps' AI and Automation business unit, leading the team day-to-day, owning the P&L, and driving the business toward a €3M revenue target over the next 12 months.
• Where: Hybrid and flexible. Work from Gapps’ Helsinki HQ in Kalasatama or remotely from anywhere in Finland.
