AI Automation Lead (Business Process)

We’re currently working closely with the CEO of a leading Fintech in Scotland who is looking for a Business Process Automation Lead to modernise and scale internal automation across a 450‑person organisation, with a strong focus on back‑office operations and business‑critical processes.

A brand new role, you will be fully responsible for identifying high‑impact automation opportunities, shaping the approach, and delivering solutions that measurably improve efficiency, accuracy and customer/employee experience.

You’ll lead the design and implementation of AI‑enabled automation, while also evaluating current tooling and platform constraints (including where the current ecosystem may limit what’s achievable) and recommending pragmatic, scalable alternatives where needed. This is a hands‑on leadership role with real influence, ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical depth with business impact.
