Opportunity Description
The AI & Automation Lead will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing AI‑powered solutions across every area of the business. You will own the AI roadmap and work closely with stakeholders across recruitment, sales, marketing, operations and finance to improve productivity, enhance decision‑making, and create competitive advantage. This role combines strategy, product ownership, and hands‑on delivery. The successful candidate will be expected to build solutions themselves while also shaping the longer‑term technology vision of the business.
