We are currently seeking an AI Business Analyst to join our team. The AI Business Analyst works with end users to identify challenges, design relevant AI use cases, and support the adoption of AI tools across the organization. Collaborating with IT teams and business units, the analyst engages users, understands their workflows, and co‑creates practical AI solutions. When approved platforms can meet business needs, the analyst develops and integrates those tools—such as Copilot or other authorized agents—into current processes. The priority is enabling, training, and supporting user adoption rather than software development or project management. The AI Business Analyst ensures solutions are practical, well‑integrated, and effectively used by teams.
