AI & Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze business, sales, and operational data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and other productivity platforms to automate reporting and improve efficiency.
• Support forecasting, demand planning, and performance analysis through data-driven recommendations.
• Possess strong proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, and advanced reporting techniques.
• Demonstrate hands‑on experience with Power BI, dashboarding, data visualization, and business reporting.
• Exhibit strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other analytics tools will be considered an added advantage.
