As the
Oracle HCM Cloud Data Migration Lead , you will own the end-to-end data migration lifecycle for large-scale, complex HR transformations. You will serve as the workstream authority, driving strategy, architectural design, governance, and flawless execution to ensure historical workforce and payroll data transitions securely and accurately into Oracle HCM Cloud. Strategy & Governance:
Define and own the end-to-end Data Migration Strategy, including scope, tooling, and timeline. Establish the Migration Governance Framework, RACI, sign-off protocols, and cutover decision gates.
