Job Description:

The AI Delivery Lead is responsible for partnering with clients to identify high-value AI & GenAI use cases aligned to their business objectives; leading AI readiness; defining client roadmaps; and delivering our AI products end-end from strategy to scaled deployment and operationalization. The person will be the main client contact and is responsible for implementing, deploying, and configuring AI technologies (, LLMs, ML models) and proprietary AI products for specific client requirements. The role blends AI/GenAI solution architecture, client project management, and agile product delivery. This role coordinates with product managers to ensure accurate visibility of latest product features, alignment with roadmap, client project specific documentation, client progress reports, and communications.
