Opportunity Description
As a Principal Product Manager, AI-Driven Support you'll help drive strategy and execute the roadmap for AI-driven support, which will become a critical component of our WEX™ platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in minimizing digital friction faced by employees, helping workforces get back to peak productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the strategy for AI-driven support, aligning with the broader goals of the WEX™ platform.
- Utilize AI-driven insights and customer feedback to innovate and improve the offering.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data analytics to build and refine features.
- Interact with IT teams and end users (employees) to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure the offering's features are effectively addressing those needs.
