AI Engineer (Agentic AI & Predictive Analytics)

Contract Role
We are seeking an
AI Engineer
to support an AI & Agentic AI initiative focused on building
persona‑driven agents
that interact with other agents and simulated crowds. The role combines
agentic AI development, data analytics, and predictive analysis.
Key Responsibilities Design and build
persona‑based AI agents
capable of interacting with other agents and diverse crowd profiles. Develop
multi‑agent workflows
for collaboration, critique, and iteration of content such as surveys. Analyse
quantitative data
from simulations and interactions and convert it into
qualitative, narrative insights . Produce
predictive written analysis
that explains trends, behaviours, and potential outcomes to inform decision‑making. Integrate
LLMs
to support reasoning, dialogue, evaluation, and insight generation. Continuously refine agent behaviour using analytics‑driven feedback loops.
