About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on AI Engineer to take ownership of improving, restructuring, and stabilising an existing AI‑powered voice platform built on ElevenLabs.

This is a highly autonomous contract role focused on assessing a problematic current setup, defining best‑practice architecture and operational standards, and implementing improvements end‑to‑end. You will work closely with a small internal team to improve reliability, scalability, integrations, and reporting across the platform.

The role is best suited to someone who is highly independent, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments with minimal oversight. You should be confident making technical decisions, solving complex integration challenges, and delivering production‑ready improvements quickly.

This is a 3–6 month engagement with a strong focus on execution, optimisation, and operational stability.
