AI Engineering Manager – Client Solutions & UI/UX (China Market)

LX Global is looking for a versatile, client-facing AI Solutions Engineer to own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions for our China-market clients. You will work directly with clients from initial business discovery through to final sign-off, translating their needs into working AI prototypes, refining solutions iteratively, and ensuring quality delivery. This is a hands-on engineering role with strong UI/UX and client-engagement components, suited to someone who thrives working independently and enjoys mentoring aspiring engineers.

• Conduct business needs analysis with clients: lead discovery sessions, document requirements, define scope, and secure client sign‑off, ensuring compliance with data privacy and AI governance standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 42001).
