AI Governance & Model Risk Lead for Generative AI

Halian is seeking an AI Governance & Model Risk Manager to develop and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with EU AI Act and CBUAE principles. This role focuses on ensuring robust model risk management for generative AI and conducting cybersecurity risk assessments across the bank.

The ideal candidate should have 6–10+ years of experience in model risk management and hands-on experience with generative AI. Strong knowledge of AI/ML principles and stakeholder management is essential.
