Opportunity Description
Job Responsibilities
- Leading the organisation’s AI enablement strategy by identifying high-value use cases and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Partnering with stakeholders across functions to capture requirements, priorities opportunities, and define success metrics (value, adoption, risk).
- Designing and delivering enablement programmes (workshops, office hours, playbooks) to upskill teams on responsible GenAI usage and to prompt best practices.
- Establishing AI governance and guardrails in collaboration with Security, Risk, Legal and Data teams (privacy, IP, data handling, model risk).
- Coordinating with product, engineering and data science teams to pilot, validate, and scale AI solutions; manage delivery plans, timelines and dependencies.
- Developing and maintain an AI tools catalogue, intake process, and reusable assets (templates, evaluation checklists, model cards) where applicable.
