AI Operations Automation Lead

Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. Build and maintain AI agents using OpenAI, Claude, Dify, Flowise, Typebot, and similar platforms. Create automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, and related tools. Integrate AI systems with CRM, ATS, WhatsApp, Slack, Email, Google Workspace, and databases. Develop API and webhook-based integrations. Build AI-to-human escalation workflows where required. Automate reporting, follow-ups, document validation, and operational tasks. Monitor AI performance, accuracy, and compliance. Maintain documentation and train internal teams on automation workflows. Requirements Required Skills Experience with OpenAI API, Claude API, or other LLMs. Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
