AI & Process Automation Specialist

Overview

Do you enjoy figuring out how work actually happens and then making it faster, smarter, and less manual? This is a hands-on role embedded in real operations, working directly with finance teams to redesign how work gets done using AI.

We are looking for an AI & Process Automation Specialist to join our Business Process & Automation team. This is a role where you’ll be embedded in daily operations across general accounting, closing, payroll, and transaction processes, observing how work is actually run and building automations that remove friction.

This is not a support function or a ticket-based role. You’ll drive change proactively and take ownership of making processes better.
