AI Process Optimization Lead (Commercial Insurance)

This is a remote position. Our client, a mid-sized tech-driven commercial MGA and insurance wholesaler in the US, is seeking an AI Process Optimization Lead to drive real, measurable efficiency gains across the business. This role sits at the intersection of operations and AI. Youll embed directly with teams (underwriting, claims, operations, finance), map workflows end-to-end, identify inefficiencies, and apply AI to improve speed, cost, and output. Youll build and test solutions hands-on - from quick MVPs to AI-enabled workflows - and partner with product/engineering when scaling is needed. This is not a strategy-only role. Youll be expected to move quickly, build, iterate, and deliver tangible results. The ideal candidate understands both business processes and AI well enough to translate problems into practical, high-impact solutions.
