AI PRODUCT MANAGER - DIGITAL SERVICES & TECHNOLOGY OFFICE

(What the role is) This is a 2-year contract position with the Digital Services & Technology Office. The AI Product Manager will play a central role in advancing NP's AI transformation strategy. This role focuses on harnessing AI to improve how the institution operates - driving efficiency, automating processes, and enabling smarter, data-informed decision-making across administrative and support functions. Working closely with schools/departments such as HR, Finance, Student Services, and Academic Schools, the AI Product Manager will identify opportunities, define product vision, and manage the full lifecycle of AI solutions from ideation through to deployment and continuous improvement.
