Job Title: AI Security Engineering LeadSalary Range: £92,701 - £109,060Locations: Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh, Manchester, LondonHours: Full‑time – 35 hoursWorking Pattern: Hybrid – at least two days per week (40%) at an office site.End Date: Thursday 25 June 2026
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver secure engineering patterns, controls and tooling for AI and machine‑learning systems.
- Develop code, automation and platform solutions while embedding best practice across AI security engineering.
- Lead complex problem spaces and provide technical leadership to cross‑functional teams.
- Champion secure architectures, embed DevSecOps practices and elevate engineering capability as the organisation adopts generative AI, agentic systems and automation at scale.
