AI Solutions Architect & Delivery Lead (Hands-on AI/ML)

Key Responsibilities: 1. AI Solution Delivery (Primary Focus) . Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from proof-of-concept (POC) to production deployment . Work hands-on with platforms and related AI technologies . Translate business use cases into practical, implementable AI solutions . Ensure delivery quality, scalability, and operational readiness 2. Solution Architecture . Design AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems (e.g. OSS/BSS, system integrations) . Evaluate architectural trade-offs and propose scalable, maintainable designs . Contribute to the solution strategy and technical direction for AI initiatives 3. Technical Leadership & Team Development . Lead, coach, and guide the AI team, particularly junior engineers .
