Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions from scratch
• Build and optimize AI chat systems for platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messaging channels
• Develop intelligent automation workflows to improve customer communication and operational efficiency
• Collaborate closely with marketing and operational teams to create AI-driven engagement strategies
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve AI performance and user experience
• Research and implement the latest AI technologies, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
• Have 2 years experience in AI Specialist
• Proven experience building AI systems, chatbots, or automation solutions from the ground up
• Strong knowledge of AI, Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs)
