Aide, Housekeeping Lead

Job Summary:

Under indirect supervision, perform a variety of housekeeping duties and maintain the environment of assigned area and the facility, using approved housekeeping methods and procedures. Provide guidance and training for housekeeping staff. Make recommendations to the supervisor regarding staffing, supplies, equipment, and work and performance standards.

Essential Responsibilities:



+ Function as a working member of the housekeeping staff as follows: Clean all environmental surfaces such as walls, floors, ceilings, windows, sinks, permanent fixtures, movable fixtures, furniture, etc. using appropriate cleaning agents in an accepted and safe manner. Replenish supplies of soap, towels, and other dispensable items.
