AIF Specialist - Trusteeship

We are looking to hire someone for our Trusteeship business at Nuvama Asset Services.

Role Requirements:

Education: CA / CS / CFA / MBA (Finance) / LLB or equivalent qualification.

Experience: Extensive experience in Trusteeship, Custody, Fund Services, Compliance, or Alternative Investments.

Domain Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of SEBI AIF Regulations, Category I / II / III AIFs, fund documentation, and fiduciary oversight.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Experience leading teams and managing relationships with Fund Managers, Sponsors, Regulators, and Custodians.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Direct the end-to-end trusteeship vertical, focusing exclusively on Category I, II, and III AIFs to ensure the firm remains the preferred fiduciary partner in the AIF ecosystem.
