Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and technically competent engineer with experience across AC, refrigeration, HVAC, and commercial gas systems.
You will take full operational responsibility for assigned works, contribute to statutory compliance, and support wider building services maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver reactive maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) for AC, refrigeration, HVAC, and commercial gas systems in line with helpdesk instructions, SLAs, KPIs, and contractual requirements Inspect, fault find, repair, modify, and install air conditioning, refrigeration, combustion, heating, and HVAC plant, equipment, and associated controls Carry out routine servicing and statutory maintenance on commercial gas, heating, and HVAC systems, ensuring full compliance with legislation, manufacturer guidance, and company standards Repair or replace defective com...
