We are currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Improver to join a busy commercial maintenance team working across central and west London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Improver with strong HVAC knowledge who is looking to gain further experience on a large commercial portfolio with plenty of overtime available.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial buildings, working within landlord and tenant areas on high-profile blue‑chip sites.

Key Duties

• PPM and reactive maintenance across HVAC systems
• Working on AC units, AHUs, FCUs and general HVAC plant
• Supporting maintenance of large commercial estates
• General building services maintenance tasks
