Air Export Officer (Freight, Changi)

Changi Airfreight Centre Office Responsibilities: Act as the main coordinator between clients and internal departments for daily operations. Handle airline bookings and ensure compliance with procedures. Follow up on daily shipment orders and prepare full sets of export documents. Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and agent correspondence while offering effective solutions. Send Pre-Alert notifications to destination offices/agents. Print HAWB, manifest, and MAWB for airline processing. Process billing for local deliveries and verify vendor invoices. Issue invoices to customers and agents. Check job costing for all handled shipments to ensure profitability. Scan and archive documents in Kendox Archive. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
