Opportunity Description
MPI have a requirement for an Aircraft Avionics Technical Instructor to teach technical training to multi-national students with an age range of 16-35 in both classroom & aircraft hangar environments based in the Wolverhampton area.
The Aircraft Avionics Instructor position is an ongoing contract, working 37 hours per week for 44.4 weeks per year. (Due to holiday shutdown periods).
PAYE £27.50 per hour, all hours worked
Umbrella PSC £37.68 per hour
This position is classed as in scope of IR35 due to it being in the public sector.
Normal working hours are 08.30 – 17.00 Monday – Friday and 08.30 – 16.30 Friday. There are times when candidates are required to work outside of these hours and if this happens they are given time off in lieu.
The successful candidate will be responsible to the Avionics Training Manager for classroom and practical instruction on a topic within the Avionics discipline and various allied subjects. Ancillary duties includ...
