Aircraft Maintenance Technician- Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) to serve as the on-site Customer Service Representative (CSR) for one of our airline customers. In this dual role position, the AMT-CSR will be responsible for performing and overseeing routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, while also acting as the primary point of contact for the customer airline personnel. This role ensures aircraft are maintained to the highest standards while representing the customer’s operational needs and service expectations in real time.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform line maintenance services on aircraft, including inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and operational checks.
+ Coordinate daily maintenance activities with internal teams and airline representatives to ensure timely aircraft readiness.
