The Aircraft Paint Prepper prepares aircraft surfaces for high-quality painting by performing cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming activities. This role ensures all surfaces meet industry standards and safety regulations before entering the paint process, supporting consistent, professional finishes on aircraft and related equipment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Clean aircraft surfaces thoroughly to remove contaminants and ensure proper paint adhesion.
+ Sand aircraft surfaces to achieve the required profile and smoothness for painting.
+ Mask aircraft structures and components accurately to protect non-painted areas and achieve clean paint lines.
+ Apply primers and sealants to aircraft surfaces to promote adhesion and durability of the final paint finish.
