Opportunity Description

**Classification Description**

Assesses the effectiveness of the maintenance process and determines if QC maintenance evaluations are achieving the intended results, samples are adequate to predict trends, and/or focus needs to be redirected. Conducts the maintenance evaluation program. Performs Personnel Evaluations (PEs}, Supervisory Evaluations (SEs}, Equipment Condition Inspections (ECls), and In­Process Inspections (IPls). Oversees the TCTO, one-time inspection, and local work-card programs. Responsible for the overall maintenance ground safety, OSHA compliance, and Foreign Object (FO) inspection programs. Oversees emergency, mishap, and incident reporting program and assists the wing safety office. Manages the Maintenance Operating Instruction (MOI) program. Publishes a monthly Quality Control Summary to provide management with trend information identified through evaluations and other quality management programs.
