Opportunity Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to air export documentation
- Check daily flight uplifts and arrange shipment bookings with airlines or agents
- Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, local service providers, and contractors
- Input shipment details into the system and send pre-alerts to overseas counterparts
- Prepare and issue billing documents
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum qualification: GCE N Level or equivalent
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Basic PC literacy and familiar with Microsoft Office tools
