Airfreight Operations Manager

Key Tasks Responsible for overall air operation division and ensure smooth day to day transactions. Liaise with various parties such as agent, carrier and internal parties to ensure smooth execution of load plan. Work closely with the Group's key account, tender and local sales teams to develop new business opportunities. Support the team to streamline the workflow, optimize utilization in handling of operational and capacity issues. Liaise and build strong relationships with airlines and co-loaders. Complete other tasks assigned by the Management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in transport/logistics related disciplines. Being reachable outside normal working hours Excellent communication, inter-personal and people management skills. At least 8 years of relevant experience in the industry, familiar with international import and export space management, well established and connected in the international air transport market.
