Monitor and optimize space for loading shipments to ensure maximum efficiency. Liaise with relevant stakeholders for timely updates on freight statuses. Collaborate with airlines to address inquiries related to rates, tracking, and other logistics matters. Create and maintain current selling rates and buying forms for customer carriers. Ensure timely completion and uplift of all shipments according to agreed terms. Produce progress reports and profit & loss statements for internal teams and stakeholders.
