Opportunity Description
As the on-site Station Manager at Changi Airport, you are the face of Blacklane for our airline partners and supply network. You are responsible for the end-to-end quality of our chauffeur‑driven services. This role combines rigorous on‑ground auditing with proactive stakeholder engagement to ensure a seamless, premium experience for every VIP guest.
Responsibilities- Quality & Audits
- Perform regular on‑ground audits and quality checks of chauffeurs, vehicles, and greeters.
- Monitor and provide real‑time training to ensure adherence to Blacklane's premium standards.
