AKA PGTH Leader

**Job Description Summary**
The PGTH Leader is responsible for driving excellence in Power, Grounding, Temperature, and Humidity (PGTH) initiatives across the region to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. This role will lead PGTH assessments, analyze results, identify risk areas, and collaborate with both country teams and global PGTH experts to drive improvement initiatives and corrective actions

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Regional PGTH Program Leadership**

+ Drive consistent execution of PGTH checks across all countries within the region.
+ Develop and maintain standardized PGTH checklists, processes, and best practices.
+ Maintain the PGTH dashboard, Powerwatch data flow and integration.
+ Ensure service teams follow PGTH requirements during pre-installation, installation, and post-service checks.
