He angitūtanga: The opportunity

You will be working at the frontline in reducing alcohol-related harm in the community by ensuring compliance. This role involves reporting on applications made by people or businesses seeking to enter or remain in the hospitality industry, visiting premises to educate licensees and managers, carrying out inspections (includes some night monitoring), gathering evidence, and preparing reports and taking enforcement steps to compel compliance as and when necessary.

• Engage with customers and communities to minimise alcohol related harm
