Job Description

Technical leader responsible for managing the design and construction of data center projects, ensuring compliance with business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project design criteria and develop the Basis of Design.
• Lead consultants to implement the project through schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Manage the design‑build contractor to ensure the project meets the defined Basis of Design.
• Provide construction administrative support to the project manager, including responding to RFIs, issuing technical bulletins, reviewing submittals and shop drawings, conducting source inspections, and participating in the data center commissioning process.
