**Job Description**

**The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai affiliated with NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst is seeking a full time Allergist to join as faculty.**

We are looking for a highly motivated physician interested in working with an urban, ethnically diverse, underserved population in a dynamic and supportive academic setting. The hospital is easily accessible by public transportation and car from all areas of New York City, New Jersey and Long Island.

**Qualifications**

+ MD/DO degree
+ Fellowship in Allergy/Immunology
+ Board certified in Otolaryngology
+ Valid New York State License, DEA and Medicaid number
+ Strong interest in research and clinical operations as there are a variety of opportunities for program development and advancement
+ Strong clinical abilities, teaching experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
