IR Tech: 4 x 10 s. Takes call. Rotates weekends with staff. Required: 1.5+ years experience in specialty. Neuro experience preferred. Epic charting experience preferred. FL license ARRT-RBLS if there is a hit, check with AM. NOTE: automatic redirect for felony, misdemeanor (including DUI or DWI), or for controlled med violations 2 years minimum experience in the specialty automatic redirect if less than 24 months.

Must have FL or compact license in hand. Must have FL or compact LPN/LVN license in hand. Must have FL CNA license in hand. All allied positions require state or national certification and/or license. References required. Locals accepted at same bill rate. Attach Nursys when submitting (pulled within the last 2 weeks). Cerner or Epic charting experience required. Facility will not accept hits for felony, misdemeanor (including DUI or DWI) or for controlled meds violations.
