Job Description

New Directions Education are currently recruiting for a confident & hands on LSA to work in additional learning needs classes & units within Primary and Secondary schools throughout Ceredigion.

Qualifications in the Education and Childcare field are beneficial but those without qualifications and with relevant experience of working with children and/or adults will be considered. Welsh speaking is advantageous but not essential.

Creating a good working relationship with a school is imperative whilst representing New Directions to ensure the best possible feedback, and to be requested for further placements.
