Opportunity Description
The **UMB Registered Fund team** manages the daily accounting, tax, audit, administration, and operational tasks for mutual fund and collective trust clients.
As the **Alternative Institutional Inst. Specialist II** , you will interface with the National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) to process mutual fund trades in the Transfer Agency System. This role is hybrid (4 days on-site) for candidates in the Milwaukee area.
**How you will spend your time:**
+ Establish brokers on the TA system
+ Process commission and 12b 1 payments
+ Resolve exceptions relating to NSCC settlements
+ Ensure accurate cash movements
+ Work closely with brokers, client personnel and various internal departments to process work accurately and on a timely basis and to resolve problems
+ Other duties as assigned
