Role Purpose

The Alumni Impact Manager mobilises Teach For Malaysia alumni as a force for education system change, across multiple life stages and pathways.

This role focuses on deepening alumni contribution, enabling purposeful leadership, and ensuring alumni efforts lead to tangible impact in schools, communities, and the wider education ecosystem.

Partnering with the Ecosystem Manager who builds the broader collaborative system, the Alumni Impact Manager ensures alumni are activated meaningfully within it
