Position Summary:
The Janitorial/Custodial Worker is responsible for the daily cleaning of government buildings at Mountain Home AFB in a manner that meets or exceeds all contractual and facility-level service standards. This is a task-based, hands-on role requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality.
Employees must present a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times. Those with a valid . driver’s license may be required to transport teammates, supplies, and equipment between buildings. Employees must be able to work independently or as part of a team and must be highly dependable. All employees shall accomplish janitorial services as required in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
